Dr Jacques Richard

Dr Richard is a child psychologist, as well as a professor and the Director of the School of Psychology at the Université de Moncton. Originally from Southeastern New Brunswick, he holds a PhD in clinical psychology and is a licensed psychologist with the College of Psychologists of New Brunswick (CPNB #392). His clinical training and professional experience were completed at the University of Ottawa’s psychology clinic, the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario, in mental health centers, and in private practice.

He is a regular presenter at national and international conferences and has served as an expert advisor to the Departments of Education and Health. As a professor and researcher at the Université de Moncton, he frequently contributes to the publication of books and research articles in the field of child psychology, particularly in the areas of social-emotional development and school bullying.

He does not accept any consultation requests. His role within Maison de la famille is that of co-founder, as well as clinical and scientific advisor.
