Dr Jean-Michel Robichaud is a clinical psychologist at the Maison de la Famille and a professor/researcher in psychology at the Université de Moncton. Originally from Moncton, he holds a PhD in clinical psychology as well as a psychologist’s license from the College of Psychologists of New Brunswick (CPNB #749).

As a clinical psychologist, he primarily works with families and parents. As a professor/researcher, he leads the Wholesome Parenting Laboratory, where he conducts research aimed at identifying the most effective ways to intervene as a parent in challenging contexts (e.g., when a child persistently breaks rules) and the factors that help or prevent parents from using such practices. This expertise leads him to regularly deliver conferences and workshops on parenting practices across Canada and Europe.
